152nd birth anniversary of Sri Aurobindo
On the auspicious occasion of Indian Independence Day, the students and teachers of Sri Aurobindo School of Integral Education, Chandigarh, gathered with double the enthusiasm, celebrating both the 152nd birth anniversary of Sri Aurobindo, the school's guiding philosopher. The event began with the unfurling of the tricolour flag, followed by the National Anthem. A vibrant cultural program ensued, featuring shalok gayan to invoke divine blessings. Students showcased remarkable performances in tribute to Freedom Fighters and Sri Aurobindo, including dances, poems, band displays, gymnastics, and wushu acts. A patriotic musical tribute honoured the bravery of our soldiers. Additionally, class-wise activities like slogan writing, logo making, and card making were conducted, while Kindergarten students enjoyed a fancy dress and ‘Let’s Talk’ session.
