At Sri Aurobindo School of Integral Education, there is a great emphasis on 'learning by doing'. School has a very spacious well-designed Science Laboratory which provides facilities to the students to conduct various activities, experiments and projects. The well-equipped lab helps the students to develop scientific reasoning and understand scientific concepts. To fulfil this objective, Science laboratory facilitates students to develop problem solving and critical thinking skills through exposure to experiments and lab apparatus. The lab is well-equipped with the latest and state of art infrastructure and apparatus which provides exposure to the students to practical aspects of science. Its size is adequate enough to accommodate a complete section at a time, with all safety measures in effect and under close supervision of competent staff. On entering, there is a colourful and panoramic view of various charts and multiple models of human anatomy. There is a plethora of model specimens used as teaching aids.

Mathematics lab

The Mathematics lab in Aurobindo School is a place where students get an opportunity to discover mathematics conceptually. The activities in our lab are appealing to students of all the grades and helps them to visualize, manipulate and rationalize. Such activities create interest among students. Students not only explore to discover, learn, develop an interest in Mathematics but teachers also explore the world of Mathematics. Many games, puzzles, displayed charts, 3-d models and different equipments are included in the Maths lab, where students of different age groups come and perform hands on activities. All the activities as suggested by Jodo Gyan are also taken up to develop interest of the students in Mathematics.
