Ask Me Anything Session for Female Staff

An interactive “Ask Me Anything” session was organised for the female staff of Sri Aurobindo School of Integral Education on 15 September 2026, with Dr. Sunita Chandra, Senior Gynaecologist and IVF Specialist, and Dr. Shruti Shukla, Additional Director, SCERT, Department of Education, Government of Punjab.

The session provided an open and supportive space to discuss women’s health, self-care and overall well-being, encouraging awareness, confidence and informed choices. Reflecting Sri Aurobindo’s vision of holistic development and The Mother’s emphasis on care and conscious awareness of the body, the session highlighted the importance of listening to one’s body, maintaining balance and caring for oneself.

The initiative reaffirmed the school’s belief that the well-being of the organisation begins with the well-being of its people. It strengthened values of care, dignity, awareness, mutual respect and empowerment, contributing to a healthier and more supportive workplace.
