Auro Expressions 2023

Auro Expressions is an Annual Inter-School Fest, wherein our School hosts Tricity-wide schools and participants in diverse competitions which provides a platform for students to showcase their skills and talents in different fields. The event commemorates the birth anniversary of Sri Aurobindo, a philosopher, sage, poet and renowned freedom fighter, on whose principles the school has been imparting holistic and value-based education. It coincides with India's Independence Day on August 15.

In the beginning of the event, the students were warmly welcomed by the staff with tilaks and they were enthused to perform their piece in the competitions which lay ahead for the day. The judges were welcomed by the Headmistress and the day started with a remarkable performance of Saraswati Vandana which was followed by a lamp lighting ceremony. The day held three different competitions, namely Dance Competition, Social Science - Model Mania and Math-o- mania.

As a host school, the teachers organised everything for the comfort of the students, including refreshments. The air was filled with confidence and creativity which was enabled by this platform, giving them an opportunity to exhibit their talents with great vigour. It also provided them with exposure to an environment of healthy competition.
