Experiment Day: Exploring Soluble and Insoluble Materials

Today, the kindergarten students discovered which materials can dissolve in water (soluble) and which cannot (insoluble) through engaging and simple activities. The teacher gathered the children and introduced the concept of mixing different items with water, such as salt, sugar, and lemon, which dissolve, while other items like sand, pebbles, cereal, and rice do not. The students learned that some materials, like salt and sugar, disappear when mixed with water, while others, like sand, remain separate. It was exciting to observe how different materials behave in water! Overall, it was a wonderful experience for the kindergarteners.
